TIC Holding Schweiz AG, a buy‑build‑and‑technologize platform financed by Winterberg, has acquired TransGeo AG, an ISO/IEC 17025‑accredited construction materials testing and geological advisory laboratory based in Gümligen near Bern, Switzerland, effective retroactively to January 1, 2025. The deal is an add‑on to TIC Holding Schweiz's testing services platform and provides a succession solution for TransGeo's majority shareholder and CEO Christian Wyss while retaining local management through a staged handover.

Founder and former owner Marc Dutoit is reinvesting at the holding level and will remain CEO; the deal expands TIC Holding Schweiz's construction safety/environment platform and French-speaking Switzerland footprint as part of its broader roll-up strategy.
