TIC Holding Schweiz AG, a Winterberg‑financed buy‑build platform focused on accredited testing, inspection and calibration services, has acquired a stake in Vibro-Consult AG. Vibro-Consult, a Brugg‑based specialist in vibration and machinery diagnostics for power generation and industrial rotating equipment, will join TIC Holding Schweiz's industry platform to accelerate growth and expand testing/monitoring capabilities.

Carrier Global Corporation, through its Sensitech business, completed the acquisition of the Monitoring Solutions business of Swiss family-owned Berlinger & Co. AG. The acquisition (about 85 employees across Switzerland, the Netherlands and the U.S.) expands Sensitech’s cold-chain monitoring portfolio with Berlinger’s conventional and real-time monitoring devices plus software and analytics, broadening reach into stationary monitoring and global health segments.

Jernbro Acquires Veolia's Swedish Industrial Maintenance Business

Jernbro Industrial Services AB has agreed to acquire Veolia Environnement S.A.'s industrial maintenance business in Sweden, taking over operations in Kiruna, Avesta, Sandviken, Norrköping and Gothenburg effective 1 October 2019. The acquired business has over 300 employees and annual sales of about SEK 400 million; the deal increases Jernbro's turnover to SEK 1.4 billion and its headcount to roughly 950.

Jernbro, a Sweden-based industrial maintenance and projects provider backed by Bluewater, has agreed to acquire Veltec to expand its capabilities and reach across Scandinavia. Veltec brings more than 50 years of experience and over 300 skilled staff in Norway and Denmark; the combined business will operate from 35+ locations and about 1,300 employees.
