The add-on strengthens Argus' Midwest footprint and service capabilities, with Morgan's employees retained and founder Rob Morgan remaining as a manager focused on regional expansion.

Vance Street Capital Acquires Syscom Instruments; Syscom Joins Terra Insights Platform

Vance Street Capital has completed the acquisition of Syscom Instruments, a Swiss designer and manufacturer of vibration and seismic monitoring equipment, and will fold the company into its Terra Insights geotechnical, structural and geospatial monitoring platform. Syscom — headquartered in Sainte-Croix, Switzerland — will join Terra Insights’ existing subsidiaries (RST Instruments, Measurand and 3vGeomatics) to expand the platform’s instrumentation, data monitoring and analysis capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
