Benford Capital Partners' portfolio company Industrial QC Holdings, LLC has acquired Strainoptics, LLC, a North Wales, Pennsylvania-based maker of non-destructive stress measurement and optical inspection instruments. The deal is an add-on to the Industrial QC platform, expanding its test & measurement product portfolio alongside earlier acquisitions LiteSentry and Softsolution.

Softsolution will continue operating from Waidhofen an der Ybbs with its existing leadership team; the deal represents an add-on for LiteSentry and supports expanded global service, localized resources, and accelerated product development.

Oxford Metrics Acquires Industrial Vision Systems Ltd

Oxford Metrics plc has agreed to acquire Industrial Vision Systems Ltd (IVS) for a consideration of £8.1m, funded from cash and the issue of new ordinary shares. The acquisition brings IVS's machine vision hardware and embedded software capabilities into Oxford Metrics' smart sensing portfolio to expand its smart manufacturing and quality-inspection offerings, with IVS founders remaining in management.

Incline Equity Partners Invests in NovaVision

Incline will support NovaVision's growth through strategic add-on acquisitions and enhancements to sales and digital marketing; management changes include the promotion of Bill Schoenherr to President and the retirement of longtime President Mike Messmer.
