Blackford Capital’s portfolio company Davalor Mold Company acquired Industrial Molding Corporation (IMC) from NN, Inc. as the first add-on for the Davalor platform. The Lubbock, Texas injection-molding business will operate as a separate business unit under Davalor, retaining IMC’s management and expanding Davalor’s precision plastics capabilities across automotive and industrial end markets.

Benford Capital / Industrial QC Acquire Avalon Vision Solutions
