Deep Imaging, a subsurface imaging and frac-diagnostics platform backed by SCF Partners, acquired ESG Solutions (Engineering Seismology Group) to create an integrated subsurface diagnostics company serving upstream oil & gas, mining and geotechnical markets. The combination brings together Deep Imaging's real-time fluid-tracking technology and ESG's microseismic acquisition, processing and analysis capabilities to offer expanded diagnostics and analytics to customers worldwide.
