The add-on expands Schneider Geospatial’s GovTech product portfolio into asset management and marks the company’s second acquisition since ACP acquired Schneider in 2022, positioning the business for accelerated growth in the local government infrastructure market.

The add-on acquisition, which closed January 2, 2026, expands SBS’s intelligent design platform with GSI’s cloud-based Distribution Design Studio (DDS) and mobile Forester field offerings to better serve utilities and infrastructure customers across North America and Europe.

Schneider Geospatial (ACP Portfolio) Acquires WebGUIDE Xtreme from Applied Data Consultants
