Guardian Protection Acquires Vortex Security

Argenta Acquires Midwest Veterinary Services, Inc.

Argonaut Private Equity Acquires Miller Contracting

The deal is Argonaut's first investment from Fund V, LP (targeting $400 million), and the Miller family will remain in leadership as the firm supports growth and operational expansion.
