Patterson Companies Acquires Mountain Vet Supply and Infusion Concepts

Patterson Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: PDCO) has signed agreements to acquire Mountain Vet Supply (U.S.) and Infusion Concepts Ltd. (U.K.) through its Animal Health businesses. Animal Health International, Inc. will acquire a majority of Mountain Vet Supply's operating assets in Fort Collins, Colorado, while Patterson's U.K. arm, National Veterinary Services Limited, will acquire infusion and critical-care product maker Infusion Concepts to expand veterinary product offerings.

The acquired businesses will be integrated into Patterson Veterinary to expand its value‑add platform; terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close in Patterson's third fiscal quarter of FY2023.
