Trilantic North America closed a substantial minority investment in Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, a Portland, Maine–based, technology-enabled veterinary services platform. The investment will fund Rarebreed's growth plan; co-founders Dan Espinal and Sean Miller retain meaningful equity and will continue to lead the business. Existing equity investors Caremi Investments, Northwood Ventures and Halle Capital Management also participated in the financing round.
