Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board has closed an investment in Orva, a full-service e-commerce platform, alongside Trilantic North America and the Aizer and Shalom families. The capital will support Orva's continued scaling as a data-driven e-commerce partner for footwear, apparel and home brands; terms were not disclosed.
