The add-on expands Exigent/Smith-Boughan’s footprint in Northwest Ohio and strengthens their technical capabilities for commercial, industrial and complex facility customers.

Therma Holdings Acquires Integrated Mechanical Systems

Therma Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, has acquired the assets of Integrated Mechanical Systems, an Irwindale, California-based provider of mechanical design, fabrication, construction and maintenance services. These transactions are add-on acquisitions for Exigent that expand its geographic coverage into New England and broaden its sustainability, energy-efficiency, and engineering capabilities across the platform’s eastern U.S. footprint.

Huron Capital Forms Exigent Platform; Exigent Acquires American Combustion Industries
