Centauri Health Solutions, a PE-backed healthcare technology and services company, has acquired Applied Revenue Analytics (AppRev) from OSG Billing to add hospital revenue cycle analytics and SaaS-based optimization tools to its offerings. The acquisition expands Centauri’s revenue cycle capabilities and complements its existing Medicaid eligibility, enrollment and billing services as part of its strategic growth under private equity backing.
