ECI Software Solutions Acquires Prosperity Computer Solutions

ECI Software Solutions has acquired substantially all assets of Prosperity Computer Solutions, a provider of ProsperityERP software for the lumber, building materials (LBM) and hardlines industry, following a lawsuit settlement. Prosperity will join ECI's LBMH Group as ECI integrates Prosperity's customers and product capabilities into its industry-specific cloud and business management suite.

Leonard Green & Partners Acquires Majority Stake in ECI Software Solutions

Leonard Green & Partners will acquire a majority stake in ECI Software Solutions from funds advised by Apax Partners and The Carlyle Group; financial terms were not disclosed. Funds advised by Apax Partners will retain a minority stake. ECI is a Fort Worth, Texas–based provider of cloud-based ERP and vertical-market SaaS for small and medium-sized businesses, with ~1,700 employees and more than 22,000 customers.
