Tampa-based BlueGrace Logistics has acquired freight broker Anthym Logistics, a recently formed Tampa–Chicago freight brokerage that resulted from a merger of Atomic Transportation and Cousins Logistics. The tuck-in deal strengthens BlueGrace’s presence in Tampa and Chicago, adds refrigerated truckload (reefer) capacity and produce expertise, and expands its branch footprint across the U.S.
