Symbia Logistics, a Colorado-based third-party logistics provider, has acquired Colorado Distribution Group (CDG), adding a 140,000 sq. ft. facility and a ~20-person team. The acquisition expands Symbia's nationwide footprint and strengthens its multichannel fulfillment, cross-docking and reverse logistics capabilities.

The acquisition adds TAGG's ~4 million square feet of warehouse capacity, ~800 employees and expected $200 million of 2022 revenue to Hub Group’s logistics offering, expanding its consolidation and fulfillment footprint and e-commerce capabilities.
