Hub Group Acquires TAGG Logistics

Hub Group (Nasdaq: HUBG) acquired TAGG Logistics, a nationwide e-commerce, B2B and omnichannel fulfillment and transportation services provider, for $103 million in cash. The acquisition adds TAGG's ~4 million square feet of warehouse capacity, ~800 employees and expected $200 million of 2022 revenue to Hub Group’s logistics offering, expanding its consolidation and fulfillment footprint and e-commerce capabilities.
