Las Vegas-based Golden Triangle Ventures (GTVH) will acquire Cargo Management Group of Miami to expand its trucking, brokerage and last-mile logistics capabilities and support operations for its wholly owned subsidiary Lavish Entertainment. The deal (terms undisclosed) brings a specialized freight provider with gaming-industry contracts and roughly $3 million of 2023 revenue into GTVH's logistics division as an add-on.

Littlejohn & Co. Acquires Magnate Worldwide

CIVC Partners sold its position in MWW; financing for the transaction was provided by Citizens Bank and Prospect Capital Corporation. Terms were not disclosed.
