Magnate Worldwide, a portfolio company of CIVC Partners, has acquired Hybrid International Forwarding, LLC and will integrate the business into its Masterpiece International subsidiary. The acquisition expands Magnate/Masterpiece’s ocean import capabilities and strengthens its Atlanta presence, giving Masterpiece access to Hartsfield-Jackson and nearby ports; Hybrid founder Andy Heller will join the combined organization.
