CIVC Partners sold its position in MWW; financing for the transaction was provided by Citizens Bank and Prospect Capital Corporation. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands VMG’s IT recruiting, contract staffing and cybersecurity recruiting capabilities and opens access to federal and public-sector clients while bringing nearly 100 employees across both companies under the combined organization.
