OPEN Health, headquartered in London with more than 1,000 employees across 15 locations, will continue to be led by its existing management team as Astorg invests to expand capabilities and pursue further strategic growth.

OPEN Health Acquires The CM Group from NaviMed Capital

Unlock Health, a healthcare technology and services growth platform backed by Amulet Capital Partners and Athyrium Capital Management, has acquired SPM Group — a network of health-focused agencies including SPM, GLC, Dreamscape and Centretek — from Corridor Capital. The deal (terms not disclosed) expands Unlock Health's in-house omnichannel media planning, buying, creative, analytics and managed care consulting capabilities and increases scale across healthcare provider, behavioral health and dental end markets.
