Astorg has completed the acquisition of OPEN Health, a global provider of scientific communications, HEOR and market access services, from Amulet Capital Partners. OPEN Health, headquartered in London with more than 1,000 employees across 15 locations, will continue to be led by its existing management team as Astorg invests to expand capabilities and pursue further strategic growth.
