Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU) has acquired a majority stake in Safety21 S.p.A., an Italian provider of IoT cloud software for Smart Road and Smart City applications. The deal, done in partnership with founder Gianluca Longo and the management team, will support Safety21's international expansion and product/service growth through organic and inorganic initiatives.
