RoadSafe, headquartered in Chicago, IL, is the U.S.'s largest provider of traffic control and pavement marking services with more than 50 locations and over 1,600 employees; management, led by CEO Dave Meirick, will remain in place and the new owners plan to pursue geographic expansion and strategic add-on acquisitions.

The deal expands SecurityBridge's capabilities for SAP user authentication by adding policy-based MFA, step-up authentication, and SSO that respond to real-time threat signals across the SAP application layer.
