SolarWinds Acquires Scout Server Monitoring

SolarWinds has acquired Scout Server Monitoring and relaunched the product as SolarWinds Pingdom Server Monitor. The deal, which closed May 5, 2017, brings Scout's SaaS-based server monitoring technology and co-founder/CTO Andre Lewis into SolarWinds to expand its SaaS monitoring portfolio for DevOps and cloud-native teams.

SolarWinds Acquires Monalytic

SentinelOne Acquires Scalyr

SentinelOne acquired Scalyr, a cloud-native, high-speed log management and data analytics platform, for $155 million in cash and equity. The purchase will allow SentinelOne to integrate Scalyr's realtime data ingestion and analytics into its Singularity XDR platform to expand autonomous detection, correlation, and response capabilities across enterprise and cloud environments.

Craneware plc Acquires Sentry Data Systems from Abry Partners for $400 Million

Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L) has agreed to acquire Sentry Data Systems, a Deerfield Beach, Florida–based provider of pharmacy procurement, 340B compliance and utilization management SaaS, from Abry Partners for $400 million. The deal brings Sentry's analytics and pharmacy-focused SaaS into Craneware's value-cycle healthcare portfolio and is subject to customary closing conditions.

Turn/River Capital Acquires SolarWinds

Turn/River Capital has completed the acquisition of SolarWinds Corporation for approximately $4.4 billion, paying SolarWinds shareholders $18.50 per share in cash. With the closing, SolarWinds becomes a privately held company; Turn/River said it will invest in product innovation, observability, and AI-powered automation to accelerate growth.
