The acquisition brings Monalytic's team (16 employees) into SolarWinds to expand federal services and around-the-clock support while Monalytic continues to operate as a separate entity.

SolarWinds Acquires SentryOne

SolarWinds has signed a definitive agreement to acquire SentryOne, a provider of database performance monitoring and DataOps solutions for SQL Server and the Microsoft Data Platform. The acquisition expands SolarWinds' database performance management capabilities to better serve Microsoft and Azure environments across mid-market and larger organizations; the transaction is expected to close later this month.

SolarWinds Acquires Papertrail for $41M

The acquisition, expected to close in Q2 2019, will fold Samanage into SolarWinds’ IT Operations Management portfolio to expand SolarWinds’ ITSM capabilities and broaden cross-sell opportunities across its customer base.

Syncro Acquires Watchman Monitoring

Syncro, a Seattle-based RMM and PSA platform, has completed the acquisition of Watchman Monitoring, a SaaS provider that monitors the health of Mac and Windows computers. The deal retains all Watchman personnel, adds more than 400 customers, and will fold Watchman’s macOS-focused monitoring features into Syncro’s platform, making them available to Syncro customers at no additional cost.
