SolarWinds has acquired Papertrail, a cloud-based log management service, for $41 million in cash. The acquisition expands SolarWinds' cloud monitoring and log-management capabilities, bringing Papertrail's SaaS log-aggregation technology and customers (including Adobe and GitHub) into SolarWinds' portfolio.
