LeBron James' SpringHill Co. is entering a merger of equals with British producer Fulwell 73 to create a larger, cross-genre entertainment company. The combined business will be backed by investors including Fenway Sports Group, RedBird Capital Partners, UC Investments, Nike, Epic Games, Main Street Advisors and Eldridge Industries to fund growth and broaden capabilities across scripted, unscripted and brand ventures.
