The acquisition expands WellSky's medical coding and revenue cycle management (RCM) capabilities for the post-acute care market and brings Corridor's tech-enabled coding, clinical documentation review, billing and collections services into WellSky's platform.

Corridor Acquires Select Data's Outsourced Services Business Unit

Corridor will integrate Select Data's tech-enabled coding and clinical documentation review services and extensively use Select Data's SmartCare AI platform while Select Data remains independent to focus on its SmartCare healthcare AI solution.

CorroHealth Acquires Aergo Solutions

The deal expands CorroHealth’s targeted RCM capabilities—particularly denials management and appeals—and Aergo’s team and worklist technology will be integrated to scale services for regional healthcare organizations. Longshore Capital/Revco Solutions Acquire ARMC Financial Services

R1 RCM Acquires SCI Solutions

R1 RCM Inc. completed the acquisition of SCI Solutions, a provider of digital patient access and engagement software, to expand its technology-enabled revenue cycle and patient intake capabilities. The deal (announced Jan 2020, closed Apr 2020) brings SCI’s EHR-agnostic care coordination marketplace and digital “front door” offerings into R1’s platform, and was previously owned by investors including The Wicks Group, NEA and Columbia Pacific.

Delaine Henry (a nationally recognized hospice and home health billing expert) will become an owner and CEO of the combined business, which will be renamed Advanced Revenue Cycle Management (ARCM) to expand hospice, palliative and home health revenue cycle management capabilities across the United States.
