QHP Capital, the management company for NovaQuest Private Equity, has acquired AutoCruitment, a digital patient recruitment platform that helps pharma, biotech and CROs identify, screen and recruit patients for clinical trials. Monroe Capital provided a senior credit facility to support the acquisition, and QHP says the investment will support continued growth and capability expansion of AutoCruitment's digital patient recruitment offerings.

The CapStreet Group Recapitalizes PCS Software with Financing from Stellus Capital

The CapStreet Group completed a majority recapitalization of PCS Software, Inc., a provider of integrated transportation management software for the inland trucking industry, with Stellus Capital Management providing senior debt financing and an equity co-investment. Founder and CEO Mike Till remains with the company; CapStreet said the partnership will accelerate PCS's sales and technology investments to better serve carriers and brokers in the United States and Canada.
