Darling Ingredients Acquires Valley Proteins

Darling Ingredients (NYSE: DAR) completed the acquisition of Valley Proteins for approximately $1.1 billion, adding 18 rendering plants and used cooking oil facilities across the southern, southeast and mid-Atlantic U.S. The deal expands Darling’s rendering and low‑carbon feedstock capabilities to support renewable diesel and animal-ingredient production.
