Bersh HOA Acquires Marsh Landing Management

Bersh HOA, a permanent-capital platform focused on HOA/community management businesses, has acquired Marsh Landing Management Company, Inc., a boutique HOA property manager headquartered in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The transaction transfers day-to-day leadership to Tripp and Kristy Richland while founder Steve Loveland remains available as an advisor; Bersh intends to expand service offerings and scale the platform through similar add-on acquisitions.

Alera Group Acquires Blue Communications and Bagwell & Bagwell Insurance

Alera Group, a national insurance and wealth management firm, has acquired Blue Communications, an HR consulting and internal communications agency headquartered in Hollywood, California, and Bagwell & Bagwell Insurance, a Raleigh, North Carolina property and casualty agency. The deals expand Alera's HR consulting, communications and insurance capabilities and extend its nationwide footprint; terms were not disclosed.

Blueground Acquires Travelers Haven
