Aggreko Energy Transition Solutions Acquires Infiniti Energy

Aggreko Energy Transition Solutions (ETS), a division of Aggreko, has acquired Infiniti Energy, a U.S.-based commercial and industrial solar developer and IPP, from Upper Bay Infrastructure Partners. The deal adds 12 MW of contracted operating solar assets, 22 MW of construction-ready projects and an additional pipeline to Aggreko ETS, strengthening its distributed solar EPC capabilities and East Coast presence.

Aggreko Acquires Resolute Industrial from AE Industrial Partners for $440M

Aggreko has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Resolute Industrial from AE Industrial Partners for $440 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Resolute is a U.S.-based provider of temporary HVAC&R rental services, compressor remanufacturing and refrigerant storage operating from ~38 locations across North America; Aggreko says the deal expands its temperature-control capabilities and access to high-return capital equipment.

ReneSola Power Acquires Emeren Limited

The deal adds Emeren’s ~2.5 GW development pipeline and development expertise in Italy and other European markets to ReneSola’s European growth strategy.

Generac Acquires Off Grid Energy Ltd

Swell Energy Acquires Renu Energy Solutions

The deal expands Swell's foothold across the Southeast and mid-Atlantic, combining Renu's project development and in-house installation/maintenance capabilities with Swell's financing and VPP technology to accelerate deployment of residential and commercial solar plus storage.

Macquarie Asset Management to Acquire 90% Stake in Apex Energies Group

Macquarie Asset Management, via its Macquarie Green Investment Group Renewable Energy Fund 2, has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire a 90% equity interest in French solar developer and operator Apex Energies Group from a consortium of investors. Apex, which develops, builds and operates rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects across France and also provides energy-efficiency and monitoring services through subsidiaries ORA and S4E, will support Macquarie’s expansion of its renewable energy platform in France.
