SkyFire Energy Acquires Hakai Energy Solutions

SkyFire Energy Inc. has acquired Hakai Energy Solutions, a British Columbia–based renewable energy firm specializing in grid-tied and remote off-grid solar and microgrid systems. The acquisition, which closed September 1, 2020, expands Generac/DR Power's capabilities in battery-powered commercial turf care and strengthens its electrification product portfolio.
