Oakley-backed WindStar Acquires L.A.B. Cosmetics

WindStar Medical GmbH, a portfolio company of Oakley Capital, has acquired L.A.B. Cosmetics GmbH & Co. KG, a Hamburg-based provider of clean-beauty cosmetics (brands DAYTOX and BEAUTY GLAM). The founders are reinvesting and will continue to manage L.A.B., with the deal enabling WindStar to enter the clean-beauty segment and scale the brands through WindStar's regulatory, IT and commercial resources and Oakley Capital's consumer growth expertise.
