Service Experts (Brookfield Infrastructure) Acquires Go Solar Power

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, a portfolio company of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, has acquired Florida-based Go Solar Power, a solar, battery and roofing contractor. The acquisition — advised by Skyway Capital Markets for Go Solar — will expand Service Experts' product lines and service capabilities across the U.S.; Go Solar will continue operating under its name with Court Weisleder appointed Manager of the Go Solar business unit.
