Enphase Energy Acquires SolarLeadFactory LLC

Enphase Energy has acquired SolarLeadFactory LLC, a lead-generation and marketing platform for residential solar installers, to add high-quality customer acquisition capabilities to its installer digital platform. ASPEQ (backed by Industrial Growth Partners) Acquires Solar Products, Inc.

ASPEQ Heating Group, a St. Louis-based manufacturer of electric heating and thermal management products, acquired certain business assets and product lines of Solar Products, Inc., a Pompton Lakes, New Jersey manufacturer of custom infrared electric heaters. The deal is an add-on acquisition supported by ASPEQ’s sponsor, Industrial Growth Partners, intended to expand manufacturing capabilities, product technologies, and customer reach across industrial end markets.

424 Capital Acquires QE Solar

424 Capital has completed the acquisition of QE Solar, a Cranford, New Jersey-based provider of operations and maintenance (O&M) services for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems. The investment will provide capital to support QE Solar's nationwide workforce growth and expand its capabilities in solar and battery storage services; QE Solar employs over 80 field technicians and engineers and services more than 2.0 GW of C&I solar installations.

Energy Services Group Acquires Ascent Software Assets from Alpine Energy Systems

Energy Services Group (ESG) expanded its commercial relationship with Nordic Energy Services and acquired the software assets of Alpine Energy Systems, including the Ascent customer and broker portal. The assets add SaaS capabilities — billing, data management, contact-center support, sales management and analytics — to ESG's retail energy platform; terms were not disclosed.

ADT Acquires Sunpro Solar

ADT Inc. completed its acquisition of Sunpro Solar from a group of private equity investors (led by Compass Group Equity Partners and including TGP, MGG and Millstone) for $160 million in cash plus approximately 77.8 million ADT shares ( ~ $825 million implied value). Sunpro — a rooftop solar installer with ~3,600 employees operating 56 locations in 22 states — will be rebranded as ADT Solar, with founder Marc Jones and the Sunpro management team leading the new business to expand ADT's smart-home and energy offerings.
