Zurn Water, LLC (Milwaukee) has acquired the assets of Just Manufacturing, a third-generation family-owned maker of stainless-steel designer and engineered sinks, commercial faucets and accessories. The acquisition (Just operates a 175,000 sq. ft. facility in Franklin Park, Illinois with ~135 employees) expands Zurn's product portfolio and strengthens its position in the commercial building specification market.

Xylem Inc. Acquires Evoqua Water Technologies

Xylem Inc. completed the acquisition of Evoqua Water Technologies in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $7.5 billion, creating the world’s largest pure-play water technology company. The combined company has pro forma revenue of roughly $7.3 billion and more than 22,000 employees globally; the transaction is expected to deliver significant cost synergies and expands Xylem's advanced treatment and services capabilities across municipal and industrial end markets.

Elkay Interior Systems Acquires Digney York Associates

Elkay Interior Systems (a business of Elkay Manufacturing) acquired Washington DC–area hotel renovation specialist Digney York Associates in December 2019 to expand its turnkey hospitality interior renovation and guest-room refurbishment capabilities. The sale marked an exit for investor Merit Capital Partners, which had backed Digney since 2007.

Quench Acquires Sunnybrook Water Company (Vancouver, WA)
