Zurn Water Solutions Completes Combination with Elkay Manufacturing

Zurn Water Solutions Corporation completed its previously announced combination with Elkay Manufacturing Company, forming Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Under the terms, Elkay shareholders received approximately 51.6 million shares of Zurn common stock (owning ~29% of the combined company), and the combined company expects roughly $50 million of synergies and a broader sustainable water solutions portfolio.
