Zurn Water, LLC (Milwaukee) has acquired the assets of Just Manufacturing, a third-generation family-owned maker of stainless-steel designer and engineered sinks, commercial faucets and accessories. The acquisition (Just operates a 175,000 sq. ft. facility in Franklin Park, Illinois with ~135 employees) expands Zurn's product portfolio and strengthens its position in the commercial building specification market.

The deal expands Quench’s dealer footprint in the San Francisco Bay metro area, adding hundreds of recurring-revenue customers and continuing Culligan/Quench’s roll-up of independent dealers.
