Quench, a Culligan company headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, has acquired substantially all of the assets of Scott Pure Water, LLC, a point-of-use water filtration dealer based in Sonoma County, California. The deal expands Quench’s dealer footprint in the San Francisco Bay metro area, adding hundreds of recurring-revenue customers and continuing Culligan/Quench’s roll-up of independent dealers.
