Quench USA, Inc. has acquired Pure Aqua Tech of Michigan, a Wellsys dealer that provides point-of-use drinking water systems and ice dispensers in northern Michigan. The deal expands Quench's dealer network and footprint in northern Michigan; Pure Aqua Tech's owner Scott Crumbaugh welcomed the transaction.
