Nelson Miller Group, a New Water Capital-backed platform, has acquired New England Keyboard, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of custom keyboards, membrane switches and related HMI components. The deal is an add-on to the Nelson Miller platform intended to expand HMI engineering, manufacturing and end-market coverage in high-reliability sectors such as defense, medical and semiconductors.

The add-on expands NMG's North American manufacturing footprint and capabilities, enhancing its ability to deliver engineered plastic components and value-added assembly and engineering services to medical, industrial and electrical end markets.

Nolan Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Water Engineering, Inc.

Nolan Capital, the family office of Peter Nolan, has acquired a majority stake in Water Engineering, Inc., a Omaha-based provider of industrial water treatment solutions, chemicals and services. Nolan Capital’s Southern California portfolio company, Apollo Technologies, will join the combined Water Engineering platform as the investor and management team intend to pursue further acquisitions to build a national water treatment platform.

New Water Capital Affiliate Acquires Chainlogix to Merge with Nelson Miller

New Water Capital (via an affiliate) has acquired Chainlogix, a Troy, Virginia provider of engineered components, assemblies and supply chain management, and will merge it with New Water portfolio company Nelson Miller. The combination is intended to add global sales, offshore sourcing and supply‑chain capabilities to the Nelson Miller platform while Chainlogix founder Rick Perrault remains in a senior leadership role.

Water Engineering (Nolan Capital) Acquires Delta Chemical Corp.

Water Engineering, a portfolio company of Nolan Capital, has acquired Delta Chemical Corp., a Jefferson, Louisiana–based provider of water treatment chemicals, equipment, consultation and preventative maintenance services. Delta's owners, Ross Heidingsfelder and Lee Mauberret, will remain with the business as it joins the WEI platform to expand the platform's footprint and continue WEI's consolidation strategy in water treatment services.
