New Water Capital, L.P. has acquired Nelson-Miller, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of human-machine interface (HMI) components and engineered assemblies serving medical, aerospace & defense and industrial end markets. The deal makes Nelson-Miller New Water’s newest platform investment to expand engineering, manufacturing and global supply-chain capabilities; Nelson-Miller was previously a portfolio company of Superior Capital Partners.
