New Water Capital, L.P. has acquired Nelson-Miller, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of human-machine interface (HMI) components and engineered assemblies serving medical, aerospace & defense and industrial end markets. The deal makes Nelson-Miller New Water’s newest platform investment to expand engineering, manufacturing and global supply-chain capabilities; Nelson-Miller was previously a portfolio company of Superior Capital Partners.

Alta Equipment Group Acquires PeakLogix

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PeakLogix, a Midlothian, Virginia-based material handling systems integrator that designs and installs warehouse automation and storage systems. The acquisition expands Alta's materials handling capabilities and geographic footprint; PeakLogix generated about $25 million in revenue and $2 million in operating income in FY2019. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close by the end of June, subject to customary conditions.

VaLogic Bio (424 Capital) Acquires Facility Logix

The deal is an add-on acquisition intended to expand VaLogic Bio's service capabilities and build a full-service outsourced solutions platform for life sciences facility design, CQV, environmental monitoring, and ongoing compliance.

The acquisition expands BCM One's Midwest footprint (adding an Indianapolis office), will retain LincLogix's leadership and technical team, and was completed for undisclosed terms as an add-on to the TSCP-backed BCM One platform.

Water Engineering (Nolan Capital) Acquires Delta Chemical Corp.

Water Engineering, a portfolio company of Nolan Capital, has acquired Delta Chemical Corp., a Jefferson, Louisiana–based provider of water treatment chemicals, equipment, consultation and preventative maintenance services. Delta's owners, Ross Heidingsfelder and Lee Mauberret, will remain with the business as it joins the WEI platform to expand the platform's footprint and continue WEI's consolidation strategy in water treatment services.

The acquisition is a tuck-in to Vertex's platform (backed by Wind Point Partners) to expand project controls, claims and advisory capabilities across the construction and infrastructure markets.
