Dialyze Direct Acquires Renew Dialysis From Saber Healthcare

Dialyze Direct, a provider of staff-assisted home hemodialysis in skilled nursing facilities, has acquired Renew Dialysis — a regional on-site dialysis provider with eight locations in Ohio and one in Virginia — from Saber Healthcare Group. The deal strengthens Dialyze Direct's footprint in Ohio, expands its national reach into Virginia, and is expected to create operating synergies as the combined business scales on-site dialysis services in SNFs.

Compassus and OhioHealth Form 'OhioHealth at Home' Partnership; Compassus Acquires 3 Hospice and 4 Home Health Locations
