Nextech Acquires SRS Health

Nextech Systems has completed the acquisition of SRS Health Software LLC, a Montvale, New Jersey-based provider of specialty EMR and practice management solutions focused on orthopedic practices. The deal expands Nextech's specialty healthcare technology offerings beyond ophthalmology, dermatology and plastic surgery and increases its reach across ambulatory specialty physician markets.

HealthFusion, a San Diego-based developer of the MediTouch cloud EHR and practice management platform, serves over 3,000 practices (6,000+ subscribers), had an annualized revenue pace above $30 million and employed about 140 people.
