St. John's-based smart-thermostat maker Mysa has acquired the intellectual property and product assets of Zen Ecosystems, including the ZenHQ commercial energy management platform and Zen thermostats. The acquisition expands Mysa's product capability into central heating and commercial energy management and enables the company to serve more residential and SMB/commercial customers across North America.
