FuseFX Acquires Rising Sun Pictures

FuseFX, a PE-backed visual effects studio, has acquired Adelaide-based Rising Sun Pictures (RSP) to expand its global visual-effects capabilities and footprint. RSP's co-founder Tony Clark will continue to lead the studio as the combined companies — which together number nearly 800 artists across eight locations — pursue a multi-year expansion plan.
