Ward Leonard, a global industrial technology company based in Thomaston, Connecticut, has acquired Houma Armature Works, a Houma, Louisiana-based MRO specialist for motors and generators. The acquisition expands Ward Leonard’s service, remanufacturing and 24/7 field-service capabilities across energy, marine and government end markets and creates a combined organization with more than 250 employees.
