IMC Health Medical Centers, a portfolio company of Comvest Partners and Athyrium Capital Management, acquired the primary care practice of Carlos Iglesias, MD and will integrate his patients into IMC's SW 8th Street location in Miami-Dade. The acquisition expands IMC's primary care footprint and gives Dr. Iglesias' patients access to IMC’s broader primary, specialty and social services offerings.
