IMC Health Medical Centers Acquires Sunset Cardiology and Primary Provider in Miami

IMC Health Medical Centers, a portfolio company of Comvest Partners and Athyrium Capital Management, has acquired Sunset Cardiology, P.L. and Primary Provider, Inc., two Miami-based physician practices focused on managed-care members. The practices (founded by Dr. Jorge Pastoriza) employ five physicians collectively and serve over 2,000 patients; IMC said the deal expands its presence in Miami-Dade and supports continued strategic acquisitions to drive growth.

CareMax Acquires Senior Medical Associates to Expand in Broward County
